Who we are

Novaj Tech, LLC is a founder-led managed IT, networking, and security company based in Pelham, New York, serving businesses across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website (www.novaj.tech) and when you contact us.

It does not cover information we access or process inside a client’s own systems while delivering IT services — that work is governed by the service agreement we sign with that client, not by this notice.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form, email, or call us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, work email, phone number, company, and details about what you need.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and understand how it’s used. We collect this through cookies and analytics (see below).

We do not collect sensitive personal information — such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information — through this website, and we ask that you not send it to us by email or form.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, deliver and support our services, send you updates you’ve asked for, and keep our systems secure. We do not use it for anything you wouldn’t reasonably expect from an IT provider you contacted, and we do not sell it.

Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example, our email, form, and analytics tools — and only the data they need to do their job. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Any provider we use is contractually bound to protect your data.

Cookies & analytics

Our website uses a small number of cookies to function, and uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes data under Google’s policies. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work.

Data security

Security is our core business. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information and to limit who can access it. No method of internet transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data protected.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. When it’s no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email hello@novaj.tech and we’ll take care of it — no special form required. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law; we honor those requests regardless.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses, not individuals, and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, email hello@novaj.tech and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above when we do, and any material changes will be reflected on this page.
