Pricing questions, answered

How much does it cost?
It depends on your size and what you need — which is why we don’t publish tiers. We assess your setup, talk it through, and give you one flat monthly price for one package built around your business.
Is everything flat-rated?
Managed IT is. Larger one-off projects — office build-outs, moves and installs — are quoted per project, and on-demand support outside a plan may be hourly depending on the issue. The day-to-day is a predictable flat rate.
Do you lock me into a contract?
We work on a monthly plan, typically on an annual agreement so we can properly invest in your environment. We’d rather earn your business every month than trap you in it.
What’s included in a managed plan?
Monitoring, the helpdesk, security and managed detection, backups, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your network and Wi-Fi, device setup, documentation, vendor calls and IT strategy. See the Managed IT page for the full list.
